My name is Olessia Kalaj, and I hold a Master’s degree in Innovation, Design and Luxury.
Curious, passionate, and proudly multifaceted, I work at the intersection of marketing, communication, content creation, and event management.
A polyglot fluent in five languages, I thrive in multicultural environments where every project is an opportunity to learn, experiment, and connect with diverse creative minds.
Since 2016, I’ve been exploring and developing my creative skills through a wide variety of projects — from fashion photoshoots and brand collaborations to beauty content creation, and digital design projects such as posters.
It all truly began back in high school, when I took part in creating the yearbook for my IB program — a three-year project that taught me about visual storytelling, layout design, and creative teamwork. Around the same time, I got my first camera — the start of a real passion for photography — and my first makeup palettes, which sparked my love for beauty. Those early experiences became the foundation of my creative identity: a blend of aesthetics, emotion, and human connection.
One of my most challenging and rewarding experiences was organizing a fashion show from A to Z in just four months — a project that strengthened my ability to balance tight deadlines, precision, and artistic vision.
What I love most is exploring — finding the best way to tell a story through images, create an atmosphere, or bring a brand’s universe to life.
I define myself by limitless creativity, constant adaptability, and a deep commitment to inclusivity and diversity — values that guide every project I take on.
My goal? To create work that is beautiful.
Whether I’m behind the camera, planning an event, or managing a digital project, I aim to bring a global vision and a strong artistic sensibility to everything I do.
People often describe me as versatile, but I prefer to think of myself as multi-skilled and detail-driven — I love mastering every aspect of my work to make sure each project truly reflects my passion.
