Contribution to the management and development of PR kits for Sephora Collection, from concept development to performance tracking.
Close collaboration with the creative team on concept research and product selection, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and storytelling.
Coordination with the manufacturing partner, including the selection of eco-responsible materials, production follow-up, and distribution of PR kits to Sephora subsidiaries across 15 countries and regions.
Management of the influencer seeding strategy: influencer list creation, outreach and confirmation follow-up, preparation of shipping documents, and coordination with the logistics provider.
Over a period of 11 months, contribution to 9 PR kits, along with tracking campaign management, performance analysis, and monitoring of ROI and key KPIs related to influencer activations.
